Transducer Projects

  • Testing & benchmarking of Handel
    • TWikiDocGraphics.warning.gif Standalone code (derived from tkfalign, etc.) to calculate posterior probability Weight Matrix for any node in a tree
    • Put together several test alignment datasets from Balibase
    • Figure out how to use Gerton Lunter's hmmoc compiler (see e.g. Naila Mimouni's MSc project report) for profile-profile alignment
    • Calculate multiway string transducer compositions for test alignments; build hmmoc XML files
    • Calculate multiway-transducer scores for weightmatrix profiles using hmmoc
    • Calculate multiway-transducer scores for weightmatrix profiles using handalign
