Documentation for the AJAX GBrowse

This is the repository for every scrap of documentation on the AJAX GBrowse framework (aka Prototype GBrowse).

Most everything below is out of date, stay tuned for doc work. Sorry.

Instructions for users

• How to install tile rendering framework (TODO: rewrite! make shorter, better, and more general - right now these are just instructions on how to set it up on our cluster, YMMV)

• How to generate tiles (TODO: not quite written yet)
