| This is my Needleman Implementation. I did the first 130 lines or so trying to maintain good coding practice, but the last 100 lines are messy. I made conscious decisions along the way to avoid getting above an O(nm) runtime, although I made no other effort to optimize it. As I believe I have completed everything, I'm going to request grading scheme 1. Also, I'm using up my extension on this assignment.
Also, I cannot add/modify attachments anymore. Anybody know what's up with that?
