The Generic Genome Browser

GBrowse is... a Generic, well, Genome Browser. Runs on BioPerl, MySQL (or PostgreSQL, OracleDB)

The AJAX version of GBrowse

The Holmes lab is currently extending GBrowse to use AJAX technology. See the prototype GBrowse page for more info.
