ReverseComplementHomework2.pl reverse complements a sequence, first checking to make sure an actual file name was entered, and that it is a valid file name that can be opened.
testsequence1.txt is a file with only one sequence in FASTA format
testsequence2.txst is a file wth two sequences in FASTA format.
