• Autobiography: Born in Oregon, I moved to California at an early age, and subsequently developed an intense passion for science (particularly biology). My interest in biology became cemented during high school--more specifically, my interest grew in biology, and my dreams slowly developed form and function. UC Berkeley, then, seemed a logical choice, and I entered in 2009 as a Bioengineer. I remain to this day passionate about the subject matter, and have focused on computational biology to face the quantitative rigor of the field. Moreover, I have recently become interested in finance and investment banking, and computational bioengineering is an ideal avenue to satisfy both of my passions.
