About me
My name is Will Draper, and I am a 2nd year student with the Biophysics Graduate Group- my email is my last name, all lower case, at berkeley.edu. I have a BA in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Reed College, spent a year working full time in an "origins of life" type RNA lab (see my paper on the Azoarcus group I intron here), and am now here at Berkeley, where I work in Jan Liphardt's lab on chemotaxis cluster formation in E coli. My interests are quite broad, but all seem to stem from a fascination with the spontaneous evolution of life, and the mechanisms by which it propagates itself. |
