distmake is a distributed, parallel, GNU make compatible make program. It reads in a Makefile as input, and distributes the compilation processes over a set of build servers on the computer network.

distmake is fully compatible with GNU make 3.80 on which is it based.

One new feature in distmake version 0.3 is the Sun Grid Engine integration.
